Claim Process
To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:
- Bring the Product: Visit our Jashore showroom with the product and original invoice.
- Initial Inspection: Our service team will perform a preliminary check for physical damage or unauthorized repairs.
- Brand Submission: The product will be sent to the official brand service center for repair or replacement (Timeline: 7-21 business days).
Exceptions
Warranty will be void if:
