Return Period
7-Day Replacement window
If a product is found with manufacturing defects within 7 days of purchase, it will be eligible for a direct replacement. After 7 days, the standard brand warranty process will apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Product must be in original condition
- All packaging, boxes and manuals included
- Invoice must be presented
- No signs of physical damage
- Software seals must be intact
- No unauthorized repairs
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom assembled Desktop PCs once built.
- Digital licenses, keys, or any software product.
- Consumables like printer cartridges or cleaning kits (if opened).
- Products with missing serial numbers or tampered stickers.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bKash/Bank/Cash) within 5-10 business days. Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
